Oman electricity output down 2% to 37.9k GW in 2020

The total electricity production in Oman stood at 37,961.6 gigawatt (GW) per hour at the end of December 2020, according to the initial statistics released by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI).
The electricity production was down 2% compared to the end of December 2019, said an Oman News Agency report.
Water production hit 474,561,300 cu m at the end of December 2020, an increase by 6.4% compared to December 2019, it said.
